Re-export time crate?

Hi Max,

tower_sessions_core::session::Expiry::OnInactivity uses a time::Duration.

What do you think about re-exporting the time crate from tower-sessions?

It's not been done yet. I don't have a lot of bandwidth but it should be a very straightforward change.
