Obsidian tables support

Hi! I noticed obsidian tables are currently unsupported,

https://github.com/meewgumi/green-web-template seems to support it, but I'm too entrenched into this maximevaillancourt/digital-garden-jekyll-template to make the switch.

I'm also not too savvy with coding, so I was wondering if someone would be willing to take a look at her (public) code and integrate it into this repo
