My lab performs a large amount of targeted high-throughput sequencing for several other labs. Currently data management of our requests is less than ideal and your LIMS is wonderful and would be a great fit for our lab. Our library prep usually follows a similar workflow as the model you have used for Parkour. I was wondering if it would be possible to allow multiple pools per lane on a flowcell or allow pools of pools. Our current workflow involves pooling several samples (~12 at a time) together, performing a targeted capture, then pooling those pools after capture together (~ 6 pools ~72 samples total) for loading a lane of the flowcell. Allowing multiple pools per lane would allow us to just represent the second pooling as being all the pools in the lane. Allowing pools of pools could also work but I imagine it would be more difficult.
