Google spreadsheets do not allow having duplicated column names

Needs solution for duplicated columns in Pandas DataFrame.

Dataframes with duplicate row labels (in my case, duplicate timestamps on a DatetimeIndex) also do not render correctly.

I know it is an old open issue but I have solved by using reset_index(drop=True) on the DataFrame before uploading on GS
