Adjustable width option

The render width is extremely narrow. There is a lot of wasted space on a wide screen monitor. An option to adjust the render width would be useful. Currently, a table with a decent amount of text in the cells ends up getting scrunched vertically to the point of it being unreadable.

This was mentioned in #91 as well. Personally, I still think readability is best if width is constrained to 70-80 characters per line for normal text. but yeah, tables could benefit from more.
