Running stack-delete across multiple accounts fails

When running: `aws-accounts | aws-account-each stack-delete <stack-name>`

Only the stack for the first account is deleted. I do not get an opportunity to confirm stack deletion for subsequent accounts before the process ends. It would be nice to have an option for no confirmation as well.
