Sure. Step one, download a call history file from the n1mm site. It'll look something like: Go to the configurations settings dialog, select the options tab, and check 'use call history'
Go to File -> Load Call History File
Load in your downloaded file. That should be it. |

Hi Michael,
Perfect! My SD call history file was space delimited and did not start with a shebang ;-(
Thanks.
Can I ask a n00by question? I use a shell to start flrig, winkeyerserial and not1mm like this:
echo Testing Not1MM shell
ls
flrig & winkeyerserial & not1mm
echo Ending shell
Is there a way of stoppinf flrig and winkeyerserial when I exit not1mm? They carry on, and I cannot find much on the 'kill' command without PIDs...
73,
Al

Sure. Step one, download a call history file from the n1mm site. It'll look something like:

# Send correction direct to ***@***.***
# UKEIDXCW
# UKEIDXSSB

...
Go to the configurations settings dialog, select the options tab, and check 'use call history'

Hi Michael,
That's perfect ;-)
I did not find Man that helpful!
Will give the ARRL 10m contest a go!

You can try the killall command. It will terminate by name.
Look at the man page for it. It has options to either ask the application to terminate when it can, or pull the rug out from under the app and terminate it.
Something like
killall -9 flrig

Hi Michael,
The killall works really well so thanks for that useful tip.
However I was unable to use not1mm for the ARRL 10m contest because I really needed a DX version such that a serial number is used instead of a State.
On the CW sending side I have not yet mastered the sending of serial numbers. In a 'general logging' contest I tried {SENTSN} or similar and get 001 etc sent with the zeros in full as opposed to 'T's. If I tried # then I get 1 sent. What would be most useful is 3 digits with the leading zeros sent as 'T's. Is that relatively easy to do?

Alister

You should edit your exchange macro keys to be: {SNT} {SENTNR} and a # character in the sent exchange field in the contest definition. |

I have not discovered how to auto-fill an exchange e.g. UKEIDX County code? Do this feature work and if so do the SCP files need comma delimiters rather than spaces?
