OpenMBV with TCP/IP-server-mode #43

Hi,

I'd like to propose a new feature: "openMBV as a server".

What is the aim?
Such a feature would extend the usability of openMBV tremendously.
The bodies and sceneries are defined by the xml-file.
During startup openMBV visualizes these bodies in the predefined "zero"-State.
At the same time, a tcp-ip server is started with specific port (e.g. by a command-line argument --server-mode 80)

Now it is possible in an external program (e.g. Matlab/Simulink, Python, ...) to create one or multiple clients and connect to the openMBV-server-port.
This client can now send a simple message like "body-path-name + position + orientation + color" to openMBV and openMBV visualizes this data.
