List of outstanding issues

This is a master issue referencing noticed but yet unresolved issues:

• Changing remote
  See Properly change remote/branch #45
• Limit number of cores for building
• Installing ros packages from APT does not souce /opt/ros/../setup and libraries are not picked up
• Add option to build with clang => not really needed, will honour system's default compiler
• defining apt dependencies per-project instead of globally in focal/jammy.cmake would make more sense. The mechanism for this is roughly there.
• Build specific ros package in a workspace
