Description
This can serve as a parent ticket for features and updates to support resource/data linkages in the MC2 Center data model
Current ideas (can be split into tickets if deemed important/relevant/valuable):
- Configure portal such that Key-based references to other CCKP resources populate "Related Resources" sections
- adjust Resource Dataset Alias and Resource Tool Link columns in the education portal table schema to accept a string list
- add attribute "usedInPublication", to capture publications where a dataset, tool, etc. has been applied or reused (this will be in addition to existing "PublicationView Key")
- adjust the tool sync script and tools merged schema to support retention of ToolView_id (which wouldn't take much effort)
- adjust the portal config to build links based on toolId (or whatever we name the column in the tools merged table)
- convert accession numbers to CURIEs that contain references to the domains listed in bioregistry-collection/collection.yaml (e.g., GSE123456 --> geo:GSE123456)
