Comb through portal tools table

Some tool names on the portal do not make sense. For example, "Cupcake tool" for CDNA Cupcake and Paper1_code.Rmd

These were probably annotated a while ago, but would be helpful to check and update to the appropriate names.

25-6 Close-out: Regarding Tool Curation...we should revisit the latest criteria for curation of these (have changed a lot) in next sprint to ensure we are aligned on this (should be, this is just a confirmation). However, there are some issues with certain tools (e.g. scripts) being evaluated with Toolkit. Plan for audit and removal of these during toolkit beta (on staging) phase on the CCKP. This would entail updating the 'portal-display' column on the portal Tools table (https://www.synapse.org/Synapse:syn26127427/tables/) to false, and removal from the Toolkit outputs table (https://www.synapse.org/Synapse:syn68521880/tables/). Plan this for 25-8 sprint

25-8: Prioritize to have done before site visit, over 25-8 curation

• Not a dependency for launching the Toolkit. Agree that we want to proceed to launch the Toolkit on CCKP, expected to be done before site visit and tracked in (https://sagebionetworks.jira.com/browse/PORTALS-3741)
• Tool table cleanup will be a manual process that we should pursue passively with each sprint. It's easy to toggle tools on/off via the portal display column in the Portal Tools table, so we can keep this as a standing item and tidy these up upon discovery.
• Going forward, have discussed with @aditya-nath-sage and @aditigopalan how we align our monthly tool curation efforts with re-running the Toolkit. Agree to run Toolkit quarterly and/or following a large sync of curated tools to the portal (the Toolkit runs based on the list of tools in the Portal Tools table). In this process, it's possible the Toolkit will detect tools that should be removed. In these cases, we can curate these out.
• Ashley suggests that we keep this as a deprioritized ticket under 'Blocked' and also add a standing item to our Curation sprints to determine if we need to run the Toolkit (will start this in 25-9 sprint)
