Dataset updates and improvements

Parent issue to capture tickets related to efforts to improve Synapse Dataset and Collection curation of curated datasets on the CCKP. Includes addition of Croissant metadata to datasets on the CCKP to enhance readiness for input to machine learning-based analytical workflows, optimizing datasets for secondary use by computational researchers.

Have prioritized and worked on much more, plan is to have croissant metadata on some MC2 datasets before site visit to show proof of concept

Croissant work is progressing, made pilot datasets croissant metadata, and will see about button implementation after home week for these.

Next steps: Add GEO datasets to croissant dataset collection, extract metadata from GEO, and run croissant metadata on them.
