• Update service account (per Adam, would like this updated from the current HTAN account) to new account. Requested from IT via https://sagebionetworks.slack.com/archives/CEFQD0KU1/p1755618300730249
• Add a short ReadMe in the folder (I assume the google-sheet-sync folder?)
• Archive https://github.com/mc2-center/RFC-Webpage as this effort deviated from that path

@aditigopalan I meant to file this issue earlier and forgot. Can I get you to take a look and address the remaining actions here for the RFC process? This can be addressed during our 25-9 sprint.
