Leveraging AI for publication curation

This is a parent issue to capture efforts related to testing and leveraging AI tools to curate publications.

Was able to use gpt5.o to curate publications for the ovtober cycle of pubs:

Process:
Provde the valid list of values for assays and tissue and tumor type to the agent
Ask the agent to review the methods section of a pub (needed to paste exact text in many of the times)
List outputted for the test as to what assays were run

Gpt5.o did ok but added many assay names that were not int he valid values list even after specifying many times that only valid values could be added

25-11/12 Close-out: Prelim work with MC2, BDF, NF, etc that could come together as a nice cross-team OKR. Pick this up again in the new year.
