Testing Curator grid agent for publication curation #130
Description
Emerges following attempts to leverage ChatGPT to help with publication curation ion #35 . A major limitation of this approach was that GPT5o is not trained on our data model, so despite giving it a list of our valid values, it was still proposing annotation that didn't really fit/align with our model.
The Curator MVP is actively developing with the AI agent assistant in the grid view. This will be trained on the applicable data model based on the applicable bound schema, so it should directly suggest values based on our MC2 data model. This ticket is to track efforts to set this up and pilot test Curator for publication curation in the context of our Nov 2025 curation batch.
