Common errors during miniDREAM R activities

Problem: students getting the following error in RStudio when trying to submit homework

Error in value[[3L]](cond) : 403 Client Error: 
You lack CREATE access to the requested entity

Solution: Modify local sharing settings for Submissions folder so "miniDREAM Participants" team has "edit" access (this will be added to the annual prep checklist, so it shouldn't come up in future)

Problem: Students unable to log into RStudio

Solution: Make sure RStudio and Synapse usernames are the same

E.g. in 2022, list of Synapse usernames from Tiffany had some capitalization errors. This has been added to the annual prep checklist so someone at Sage will check the list before using it programmatically.

Problem: "Exception while scoring" error for Synapse usernames with underscores

Solution: See this Slack thread. Should be fixed, just leaving this here for reference.

Solution: Ask student to restart their R session!

Solution: try the following
reticulate::py_config()
reticulate::use_python("/opt/conda/bin/python", required = TRUE)
terminal -> conda env list
conda env remove -n r-reticulate
