Taming: Ocelots not being summoned by any fish type

In the Taming skill tree, when users attempt to shift-right click or shift-left click with any of the fish types (Raw Cod, Cooked Cod, Raw Salmon, Cooked Salmon, Pufferfish, and Tropical Fish), nothing happens.  Changing the fish type does not seem to do anything.  No command is fired to summon an ocelot even though all other requirements are met (distance from other summoned creatures, etc.)
