Birdnet-pi stopped working - multiple issues

Birdnet-pi was successfully working in the first couple of hours of instillation. But then, although recording and analyzing calls, as evidenced in the active log, it stopped showing data in any of the main summary pages. Then 24hours later, I can no longer see the File Manager via Tools.
