Flickr API Keys are no longer free #1289
Description
Describe the bug
The Flickr section of Tools -> Basic Settings currently includes a hyperlink with the text "Get your free key here". Unfortunately Flickr has now restricted new API keys to Pro users.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Start the site
- Click on "Tools"
- Click on "Settings"
- Scroll down to "Bird Photos from Flickr"
- See "Get your free key here"
Expected behavior
Language should probably be changed to "Get your key here (requires a Flickr Pro account)", or something similar.
