event triggers for all handlers

#134 (rasdaemon: add mc_event trigger) added triggers in ras-mc-handler.c. Was there a reason why that was not added to all the other ras-*-handlers?

ras-cxl-handler.c      ras-mce-handler.c

Can this be added to all other ras-*-handler.c files or are there reasons against it? If no-one else volunteers, I can work on it and raise a PR.

The trigger code has been refactored in #211 , allowing you to easily add new triggers on top of it.
