As of [f5c1f49](https://github.com/mchmarny/knative-demos/commit/f5c1f498ed1e7e71dcd523a567b9021713d74d60) the app.yaml for the simple demo installs rester-tester and not simple-app. This looks to be a bug but I'm raising an issue rather than a PR in case it was deliberate.
