sbrun leaves lock

Running one command under sbrun and afterwards trying to do "sb" in a different terminal, gives:

ERROR: Presence of lock file indicates competing invocation of sb (by pid 227428). Force removal with sb --removelock if you are sure this is incorrect.
```

... even though the build part of sbrun was already done.
