Link to project github page needs to be prominent

Visiting MCUboot.com presents the user with various marketing-type information about the project. However, it is not clear how to get to the project github page from this link. Presumably, most people interested in MCUboot are going to want to look at the code, but the best I could find was a link to the github issues link on the about page.

I suggest a prominent link to the github page, that is visible from every page on mcuboot.com.
