Inconsistent container image tag (v3.0.8) #399

Hi and happy new year!
I am using container image mcuadros/ofelia:0.3.20 from docker hub and I am using renovate to check for new versions of container images. Weirdly, it finds the version v3.0.8 on docker hub (this one), and reports it as a possible update (it kind of makes sense, because you know 3.0.8 > 0.3.20). But that tag is released on December 31, 2023. Was the versioning for ofelia different at one point? Can that version deleted from registry, or should I look for a workaround for this?
