Port change

I am trying to run Rust server on Unraid but port 8080 is used and when i change it, it still runs on port 8080.
I did change Web port and Port Forward Web and always the same.

This is the error i get is

Starting web server..
nginx: [emerg] bind() to 0.0.0.0:8080 failed (98: Address already in use)

Is any way to change this manual?

What was you doing before it happened
Answer:Nothing first time using this docker
