Popover from Modal keeps showing after Modal closed with Esc (Firefox)

Issue happening in Firefox (144.0.2) right on your Modal demo page, where the following Popover was triggered from within the demo Modal that was then dismissed-via-Esc:

The script errors on the side are probably also part of this bug report.
