Cant install on latest version of web2py

This application is exactly what I was looking for, to be used internally in my office.
Unfortunately, I'm unable to install it on my local system.

I'm using the latest release of web2py on Windows 7
e.g. (2.9.12-stable+timestamp.2015.02.15.23.04.25 (Running on Rocket 1.2.6, Python 2.7.9))

I tried installing it by downloading .w2p file and also using "Uplaod a package" feature with no luck.

I really need this application.
Please help.
