Can you be more specific? By "sparse wallShearStress experimental data", did you mean you had wallShearStress data for only part of the wall surface? The wallShearStress variance function does not support a partial wall. What you can do is to divide your wall surface into two surfaces in OpenFOAM, one called wall_has_data and the other called wall_has_data. Then, in DAFoam, you select wall_has_data. |

Yes, you can use wallShearStress as training data. Check an example here: . You can modify the steady-state Ramp FI case to your case by adding wallShearStress to the function. Also, you need to generate wallShearStress training data in the OpenFOAM format and put it in the 0 folder, renamed it as wallShearStressData. |

Dear Professor He, I am a beginner of Dafoam, I encountered a problem when using sparse wallShearStress experimental data for field inversion.
