REVO ES bank missing from generated_es.json

REVO ES was added in 16c3cd9 but removed in 1b719d5. Running the get_bank_registry_es.py file does not re-add this bank, so I'm assuming it is missing from the registry.
Could it please be re added in manual_es.json
