Add more tags at once to a recipe

When I'm adding a recipe, I would like to just add tags all in 1 go.
For instance something like this

allow either . or ; based delimiter of tag input

Please consider and list out some caveats or tradeoffs made in your design decision

If there is already a tag it should use that, otherwise it should create them
