Categories/Tools vanished from Recipes, only Tags displays under Recipe title

On a relatively fresh instance I've been adding receipes via bulk importing via URL -
After the second set addition, I noticed all of the Category and Tools items are missing from the Recipes list view. They are searchable, but not visible. It doesn't matter if I add or remove them from the recipe itself, just missing from the view.

This was working earlier today and then just stopped. I tried looking up the Data Management > Categories and the Organizers > Categories menus and everything looks good. Just won't display any more. Same for Tools. The Tags work and display properly.

So far I've tried logging out and back in, clearing browser cookies, restarting the app/container. Each time it comes back up these won't display.
Hoping the DB isn't corrupted because I just spent a massive amount of time loading up only a fraction of what the entire cookbook is supposed to be.
