[BUG] - Ingredients populated in wrong language

• I already read the docs and didn't find an answer.
• This issue can be replicated on the demo site (https://demo.mealie.io/).

What is the issue you are experiencing?

Ingredients not in Dutch but English, not sure if working as designed or not

Steps to Reproduce

I did a fresh installation with Mealie and set the site to Dutch, the populated the ingredients list (Levensmiddelen), but all ingredients are in English. While importing Measurements (Eenheden) they do show up in Dutch

Hi,
just to let you know, I'm facing the same issue with importing data in German. The foods are always imported in English language.

But it is only happening as of v2.8.0
In v.2.7.0 importing seems to be working as intended.

@Rouzax I imported the foods in my v2.7.0 instance and downloaded the file.
I've attached it, perhaps you can import this in your 2.8.0 instance.
