Meal planner global rules ?

I was the author of this Request #77 .
And I'm only testing the feature right now but I can't find a way to do this :

How to say that I want max X meal with meat for Dinner for example ?

I try to reduce the meal consomption by adding at least 1 fish dish and 1 or two veggie option and one soupe.

The only way to achieve this would be to put rule per day right ?

So always t he fish on Friday
Always the soup on wednesday

etc.

I'm right ?
