360vr integration

We wish to integrate https://github.com/videojs/videojs-vr in order to support vr videos, we did some tests but we are struggling in understanding which is the best place in which we can hook and enable this plugin, as the system have nested builds, FE, BE and webpack can you give us any suggestion to what to consider?

we are willing to perform a milestone to decouple a lot of things related to the frontend, so that this type of work is facilitated.

ok but in the while can you give us any tricks? currently we were able to add the vr plugin as static lib like video-js and then we mount it on media-viewer/video-viewer/index.js. The plugin now is working.
Unfortunately seams is not initialized at the right time since the user needs to change the quality of the video (forcing the re-mounting of it) in order to have the vr look-around control enabled. Where should we initialize the plugin in order for it to have impact as soon as the video start playing?
