Allow parametrization of countdown

Currently, the countdown counts to the start of the event, but is not configurable at all.

• The target date of the countdown is configurable.
• Optionally, an additional text can be configured to explain what the countdown is counting (e.g., early bird tickets).
• Hide the countdown when it reached the target date.
