Map embeddings not found

Describe the bug
The following error happens when trying to render theme:

execute of template failed at <partial "partials/map-embedding.html" (dict "embeddableMapUrl" $event.map.embeddableMapUrl "viewLargerMapUrl" $event.map.viewLargerMapUrl)>: error calling partial: partial "partials/map-embedding.html" not found

To Reproduce

• Install latest version of Hugo (0.149.1)
• Add this theme as a submodule inside "themes"
• Run hugo server
• See error

Expected behavior (acceptance criteria)
Hugo should render theme without errors
