Wrong URL of Stripe plugin github repo

It redirects to a "No Page Found" error (https://github.com/medusajs/medusa/tree/develop/packages/medusa-payment-manual) because it points to the develop branch. However, it should redirect to the master branch (https://github.com/medusajs/medusa/tree/master/packages/medusa-payment-manual).
