Medusa Cloud issue

[Irongate3D]

I am trying to to complete a setup for Medusa Cloud and the https://cloud.medusajs.com/org_01JWPNAT9HRBTRWPG0E0M5XTZY/projects/setup auto-forwards to a contact page. Going directly to the https://cloud.medusajs.com/org_01JWPNAT9HRBTRWPG0E0M5XTZY/projects page shows the account and organization but states "Get started with Medusa Cloud. It looks like you didn't complete the setup process. If you need help, please contact support." There is no way to complete a setup process or to create a new project.
