Inconsistent Case Requirements: country_code vs province in Address API

I noticed an inconsistency in the address field requirements in MedusaJS API documentation:

• country_code field: No case requirement specified, seems to accept uppercase (e.g., "US")
• province field: Explicitly requires lowercase ISO 3166-2 format (e.g., "us-ca")

This creates confusion when implementing address handling. Could you clarify:

1. Why is there a different case requirement between these two related fields?
2. Should country_code also follow a specific case convention for consistency?
3. Is this intentional design or could it be standardized?

It would be helpful to have consistent formatting requirements across all address-related fields to avoid implementation errors.
