Teams stuck in login loop (5.9.0-beta.2)

After updating to 5.9.0-beta.2 Microsoft Teams is stuck in a login loop. The final screen after the looping stops indicates

To open the web app, change your browser settings to allow third-party cookies or allow certain trusted domains.
Try again
If that doesn't work, try signing out and back in.

Bump up, have exactly the same. Clearing service site data does not work in this case. I have couple teams opened, issue is only in one of them. Opening that teams in chrome works perfectly.
Please take a look as this is critical.
Still happening to me on 5.9.1.

Fixed by removing the App and then reinstalling 6.5.2 from brew.
