Add comprehensive test suite for RedBlackTree

- Add RedBlackTree.sol test contract with insertion, deletion, and validation tests
- Add LibPRNG.sol for pseudo-random number generation in tests
- Add LibSort.sol for array sorting utilities
- Add test utilities for tree validation and helper functions
