Add tags to resources

There would be some resources which teach more than a single technology. we can create tags and allocate them...

Like, say we have some resource which teaches "MERN", then its teaching 4 things at the same time.
Also, the resources can be in many languages, so tags could be used on that domain too.
Like Lang: French, Technology: API,Programming_Lang: Python

Good idea.
Currently, I'm using mkdocs, I don't know could we handle tags with mkdocs or no.
