A way to make this fail quietly without causing a plan/build failure.

I recognise this goes against the 'everything is awesome' terraform concepts but I'd like a way to avoid failing a run when a data source doesn't resolve/connect/return 200.

I'm trying to make a build more reliable when we poll multiple (potentially unreliable) sources and then use logic elsewhere (locals) to make sense of the outputs.

Thoughts/Prayers ?
