#316 replied with ffmpeg manual-split workaround + #230 merge module
pointer + v1.9+/v2.x backlog. #319 replied pointing to existing AMD
cluster (#142 ROCm, #114 DirectML, #239 AMD GPU).

Open count 70 → 69. NEEDS RESPONSE queue down to 3 install-UX items
(#314, #317, #320) — all v1.8.14 candidates.
