Just an FYI, an 8GB 2021 Mac Mini M1 Can Run WhisperJAV!

While it's at the bottom of the Apple Silicon performance list, I've successfully run Transcription Mode/Balanced/ All three modes on a 2 hour 48 min. video with only 8GB total RAM.

1. It's using Balanced, so CPU only
2. It's slow-a little faster than real-time (around 2 hours for a 2 hour 48 min video)

So if you have a 2021 Mac Mini M1 with only 8GB RAM, you can still give WhisperJAV a try!
I'll start testing the other modes as well-I'm sure the Local LLM option won't fit.
