In older Xperia devices (before 1/5/10 series according to [1]) there is a TA partition, which gets blown during the bootloader unlock process. As a consequence, it losts certain features e.g. enhanced camera image processing, DRM keys, display enhancement, etc. Even on Xperia X, backing up the TA partition before unlocking bootloader [2] is also recommended on the Sailfish OS forum. I think this needs to be mentioned in the article.
