How to get output xml template with wsdl

• Does have any method to generate the response xml template?
• I want use predic8 to develop a tool like SoapUI, and hope show the response xml template to users before call the interface.
• the informations as follow

the config file for WSDL it can be viewed in the attachment: wsdl_config.txt

For example, I can get the config for operation getWeather, config as follow

    <s:complexType>
        <s:sequence>
            <s:element minOccurs="0" maxOccurs="1" name="theCityCode" type="s:string"/>
            <s:element minOccurs="0" maxOccurs="1" name="theUserID" type="s:string"/>

<s:element name="getWeatherResponse">
    <s:complexType>
        <s:sequence>
            <s:element minOccurs="0" maxOccurs="1" name="getWeatherResult" type="tns:ArrayOfString"/>

then I hope get an output template as follow

it is a longtime since I worked on SOA model and I hope to remember it correctly :-)

There is no ResponseTemplateCreator in the model but you can use the RequestTemplateCreator as well, since you pass an element in it. Get the response element you want a template for and call on the RequestTemplateCreator the methode:

void createElement(Element element, RequestTemplateCreatorContext ctx)

Hope that works.

It can be achieved by modifying the source code，I get the source code of SOARequestCreator, then modified method getBodyElement as follow

private getBodyElement() {
    bindingOperation.output.bindingElements.find{it instanceof SOAP11Body || it instanceof SOAP12Body }
}

it should still need some conditions to decide use output or input.
