Improve delegation of communication callbacks to modules implementing the behavior

I think it might be worth considering to have handle_element_end_of_stream, handle_child_notification and handle_info callbacks automatically refer to a module corresponding to the sender, so we don't clutter the pipeline.ex file as much.
