Move some old, not maintained repos to membraneframework-labs organisation

• introduced in membrane_core:
  • membrane_tee_plugin
  • membrane_funnel_plugin
• neither maintained nor developed anymore
  • membrane_element_ibm_speech_to_text
  • membrane_element_gcloud_speech_to_text
  • ex_libnice

To discuss:

• membrane_fake_plugin - these element do not make much sense since we have Membrane.Debug.* elements
• shmex - real dinosaur

Your propositions sound good, we could even retire these packages (or at least some of them) on hex.pm.
The same goes for membrane_fake_plugin.
Concerning shmex - I am not sure what's using it but hex.pm stats show that it has more daily downloads than membrane_core 🤔

Good point, probably somebody we don't know uses shmex, so I'll leave it as it is

unifex depends on shmex, I guess that's where these downloads come from ;) Regarding the fake plugin, I'd consider adding a fake sink to the core. Plugging the debug sink does the job, but I find it weird to use a debug sink for non-debug purposes 🤔
