Netbox integration: Add option to use rendered configurations from Netbox instead of "real" device run-state for GNS3 lab setup

Want to be able to generate a GNS3 lab that reflects the "intent" reflected in a source-of-truth repository (Netbox) for network intent. Should be useful/helpful in modeling/validating configuration changes prior to implementation.
